Business Hours:
Business hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30a.m. to 5:30p.m. (Pacific Standard Time.) Any orders made after operational hours will be counted as orders made the next business day.
Project Start:
All work is begun on orders with which valid payment is made in full prior to start.
Sales Tax:
There is no sales tax in 49 states with the exception of California. Orders shipped in California are subject to a 8.25% sales tax.
Postal Delivery:
We are not responsible for late or lost deliveries on the part of USPS. We will provide proof that we delivered your project pieces to the post office in a timely fashion after your proof has been approved, and that the correct mailing list was used.
Proof Approval:
All customers are fully responsible for approving their order(s) for print. If an error is discovered after proof-approval because of "customer overlook" and printed, it is non-refundable understanding that the proof was given an "ok" on the part of the customer. Proofs are set up to eliminate these sorts of happenings.
Project Turn Around:
All proofs (samples) will be emailed to you via JPG file format within 48 business hours of your order. Once final approval is given from you, your order will be printed and mailed (or shipped) within two business days of proof approval.
Shipping & Mailing:
All orders are shipped and mailed through USPS.
Returns:
There are no refunds on printed or mailed material. Should there be a quality defect, then we will reprint your order and ship it to you at no cost.
