Well, it's all rather easy...you can either provide us with your own mailing list or use our Address Mailing Point System to mail to homes within the surrounding radius of an address.
Either way you choose, YOU PAY NOTHING. The service is included with your order no matter how big or small.
Getting a FREE Mailing List with all the works
The best way to get a FREE detailed mailing list of targeted prospects based on home value, parcels, etc., is to simply contact any Title Company and ask for a list with your specifications...trust me, they'll fork it over. Just be sure the mailing list is provided in either of the following formats below. Finally, upload your mailing list onto any product ordering page. That's it!
(Note: If you're providing the personal mailing list be sure that all information is populated in different cells and is all within corresponding rows. Poorly formatted lists may result in mailing delays.)
Using our Address Mailing Point System
Our Address Mailing Point System is located on every product order page and generates a CASS certified list of names and addresses to mail to. Just enter the Address, City, State, and Zip Code of any residential location and we'll generate a mailing list within the radius of that address point based on the number of postcards ordered.
This system generates a list on our side of production which we then incorporate into your postcard mailing. We don't provide copies of this generated list. If you'd like to obtain your own prospect list, which you can have as a copy, you'll have to follow the instructions above on "Getting a FREE Mailing List."
